Order Cancellation:

• • Orders are final once accepted by UNARCO.

  • Orders can only be canceled with:

    • Written consent from UNARCO,

    • Buyer’s payment for all completed work, goods ready for shipment, and damages incurred,

    • Potential purchase of already fabricated material.

  • Cancellation charges and/or lost production charges will apply to cancellations.

Returns:

• • Buyer must obtain written permission from UNARCO before returning any material.

  • Returns are only for credit, not for refunds.

  • A minimum service charge of 25% of the selling price applies to all returns.

  • Buyer must also pay all transportation charges and inspection hourly fees.

  • UNARCO reserves the right to determine the amount of credit issued for any returned items.

  • Only standard, currently manufactured UNARCO products are eligible for return and credit.

Warranty and Replacement:

• • UNARCO’s obligation under warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective goods at UNARCO’s option.

  • Refunds are not offered under warranty; the buyer’s exclusive remedy is repair or replacement.

  • Defective goods must be authorized for return via a Return Goods Authorization before shipping them back.

  • Buyer is responsible for notifying UNARCO in writing within specified timeframes for warranty claims..
